One month in pictures - Day 13

A cheap, healthy snack; pop a couple of tablespoons of popcorn kernels in a microwave for 3 minutes in a large plastic container. Eat plain or drizzle with a little butter and a sprinkle of salt (still better than a bag of crisps!)


  1. Popcorn is a favorite of mine... I sprinkle a tiny bit of a packet of the dry/mix Italian salad dressing on top...Ummm !!
