...make it yourself! Mr CB has found out he may be coeliac so is giving up gluten for a fortnight to see if it helps, which means no more sandwiches or wraps for lunch. For tomorrow's lunch he's made sushi for the two of us and it's surprisingly cheap. One rolling mat, one cup of sushi rice, three sheets of toasted seaweed and some smoked salmon and we have ten pieces of sushi each and a few bits left over that have mysteriously vanished tonight.
The salmon was the expensive bit, but you can use tuna, vegetables and soft cheese instead for a cheaper but still very tasty option. They are a little miss-shaped but they taste bloody lovely.
